This is a large, framed, very rare, limited edition print 1t's #10 of only 30. It is sighned by the artist and was purchased from a George Rodrigue Blue Dog exibition in NYC in 1992.
I am going to charge $70 to ship it because I want to insure that it arrives safely. this is an extreemly rare piece.
